  Ive been living in Hope Mills for about 10 years now. I still dont understand how this store is still operating under the management and staff here. I almost always have a lesson than good experience here. The older lady Alice is rude and inconsiderate to customers. The old timers that eat here call it reality tv. Uneducated, unprofessional and down right rude. Always arguing with other staff and customers. I guess thats why they call thos place Hopeless Mills. #FoodIsGoodThough

  Terrible service. Slow and the manager has no control of her staff. They screwed up 5 orders in a row. 20 mins to get food.

  Long wait in line, twenty minutes to get to order box, told to wait. Five minutes later I pulled out of line. This is the worse store in the state for customer service. No order, no supervision. Terrible experience! I will not be back to this location. Ever!! Hateful staff!!
